RESERVATIONS - should be made by completing the Booking Form. Please contact us to check availability.
PAYMENT SCHEDULE - 20% of total cost as deposit on booking. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. Bookings made less than 8 weeks prior to arrival should be paid for in full.
CANCELLATION by client - this should be made to the owner in writing.
CANCELLATION CHARGES - Monies paid are non-refundable. If we are able to resell your cancelled weeks, monies paid will be refunded, less a 15% administration charge.
CANCELLATION BY THE OWNER - if for any reason I am obliged to cancel your booking, all monies paid to date will be refunded in full.
LINEN - All indoor linen is provided. Guests are asked to provide their own pool towels..
CLEANING - Gites should be left as found (excluding making of beds). We can provide a day of departure cleaning service for 35€. If required, please book and pay during your stay.
OCCUPANCY - Only the persons indicated on the booking form should reside in any property.
SWIMMING POOL - No glass in or around the pool. Children should be supervised at all times.
PARKING - Each gite has a dedicated parking area.
CHANGEOVERS - the changeover day is Saturday. Arrival time - after 4pm. Departure time - by 10am.
BREAKAGES - should be reported and paid for as soon as they occur.
INSURANCE - the client is strongly advised to take out adequate holiday insurance to cover any personal liability incurred with respect to major damage to house or pool by the client or any member of his party.
DISCLAIMER - the owner cannot accept any liability whatsoever for any injury or damage to clients or their property incurred whilst using the house, grounds or pool.
PARTY LEADER - the person named on this booking form shall be deemed the party leader and is responsible for all members of his/her party adhering to these terms and conditions.
ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS - completing and submitting the booking form implies knowledge and acceptance of these terms and conditions.
